Latin communities, including Friendswood, are looking forward to the fall Houston Latin Fest.

This family-friendly event brings the Latin culture to the area. The event was originally booked in June and has been rescheduled bringing a new line-up of fun and activities.

Thousands of attendees are expected to gather to enjoy live music and entertainment, dance and experience unity. The festival was designed to promote diversity, acceptance and to preserve Latin traditions so future generations can continue to enjoy the culture.

There are a few limited opportunities for vendors wishing to exhibit at the festival. Vendors can sell their products, food, crafts and art and create brand awareness at this high energy and well-attended event. Vendors can work with local printing services to order banner printing. The Banners can be printed in any size and color combination and placed inside the vendor booths to depict the business name and offerings.

Tickets are on sale with presale pricing starting at $10.00. Children 12 and younger are free. The Houston Latin Fest will take place October 11 at Midtown Park. It will open at 1:00 p.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.
