Stanfield Properties, a real estate company that serves Brazoria, Harris, and Galveston countries, is opening their 2025 Music on the Lawn Series with a concert at the “back yard” of their Friendswood offices. In addition to the performances, food trucks will be on hand, and a cash bar will be available.
The artists who will be playing are Pearl & Flores, and Jeremiah Jaymes. The Pearl & Flores duo appeared in Pearland at Rob Ray’s Taproom. Jeremiah Jaymes, who is based in Houston, performs a solo act as a one-man band. He plays music in numerous genres, and has released an EP, 2017’s “One Take at the Speakeasy.” Jaymes’s voice is deep and resonant, and he brings a country feel to the songs on the EP, which include “The One You Loved,” “Hired Gun,” “I Don’t Even Know You,” and “Leaving Texas.”
A review of Jaymes in performance says:
“He sang his heart out . . . All of our guests… and even the guests at another private event onsite… loved his sound! He’s an amazing musician . . .”
The concert is scheduled for February 7, and people are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs so they’re comfortable and can enjoy the event. When they want to advertise local events like this, organizers will often use flyer printing to create handouts for distribution to stores and venues in the immediate area.
