Find focus fast with time-management seminar

Business people and busy people in the Friendswood area are getting ready for the library's latest seminar. How to Find Focus Fast in a World that Moves Faster is a time management focused workshop with tips for people from all walks of life.

The discussion will be led by Jessica Modad. Modad worked for eight years as an executive assistant to several influential families in Houston and two years as Vice President of Education for Meeting Professionals International's Houston chapter.

Now she brings that level of organization and analysis to the world of personal consulting, offering personal strategizing and goal setting particularly for parents who are struggling to balance business and family. She regularly offers seminars and one on one consultations as well as offering free booklet printings to help people get started.

During the workshop, Modad will discuss many of the factors that lead people to feel overwhelmed and rushed as well as some of the fallacies many people fall into when conceiving of their own productivity. She will go on to share some of her personal rituals, tips, apps, and other ways she has of increasing her own productivity. Afterwards she will leave the floor open to questions.

How to Find Focus Fast in a World that Moves Faster will take place on June 29 starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Friendswood Public Library, located at 416 S. Friendswood Dr. Admission to the event is free to the public. For more information, please contact the library directly.
