Diversity, art, and culture to be celebrated Latin style

Residents of Friendswood are invited to attend the Houston Latin Fest taking place this summer. The event promotes unity, food, music, and diversity in a vibrant and cultural theme.

The festival is family-oriented, offering communities in the region the chance to enjoy the Latin culture as friends and family gather. Live entertainment will take place throughout the event, promoting dancing and celebrating by all.

Vending opportunities are available on a limited basis. With a large attendance expected, vendors the opportunity to sell their food, crafts, and arts to a vast audience. Organizations can use the opportunity to recruit team members, distribute their information and provide education.

Vendors and exhibitors often contract with local printing services for materials needed such as poster printing. Posters can be printed in full color to attract attention and can be placed on easels or hung.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available with a selection of branding packages. The sponsorships offer visibility for companies, support for the community and participation at a high level. Creating brand awareness and increasing exposure is accomplished through sponsoring at large festivals and events.

The Latin Fest will take place on Sunday, June 14 at Midtown Park from 1:00 to 10:00 p.m. The park is located at 2811 Travis St. Pre-sale admission is $10 and family packs of five tickets are $40. Purchase tickets via the event website.
