Austin residents and visitors can join Muddy Princess, an outdoor 5K adventure for women only. Ladies of all fitness levels, sizes, and ages are encouraged to join in the fun.
The event consists of an obstacle mud run course that participants will run, walk, jog, crawl, balance and slide on while enjoying a day of fun and laughs. Individuals can register or teams of any size are welcome to sign up. Individuals will have the support and assistance from everyone as they all venture through the course together.
Young female children may participate and must be at least nine years old and accompanied by an adult. The event will open registration at 8:00 am. The first wave will take off at 9:00 am and each group thereafter will leave every 15 minutes.
Spectators such as spouses, partners, children, and family members may come along to cheer their friends and teams on. There will be food and drink vendors for spectators to enjoy as the runners trek through the mud. Banner printing can create signage that highlights specific areas of large outdoor events of this type. They can be hung to draw attention to areas such as concessions, exhibitors, restroom facilities and parking.
Ticket prices start at $49.00; parking is $20.00, and the bag drop is $5.00. The Austin Muddy Princess will take place on September 13.
