Comedy fans in the Austin area can look forward to the arrival of stand-up comedian Jo Koy in Austin this January.
Koy boasts a large number of achievements in the field of stand-up comedy. These include multiple attendance records for sold-out comedy shows in Honolulu, San Francisco, San Diego, and Brea, as well as the “Stand-Up Comedian Of The Year” award he won at the 2018 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal.
Successful projects of his include his #1 Billboard comedy album, Live From Seattle, four highly rated Netflix and Comedy Central Specials, and a weekly podcast called The Koy Pond with Jo Koy by Starburns Audio. He also has written an autobiography, Mixed Plate, and has recently finished production for a comedy film called Easter Sunday.
