Starting in early September, St. Elmo Brewing will be serving lunch Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, in addition to being open for lunch of Fridays and during the weekend. The brewery has a food truck on-site that will offer up pan-Asian food options.
St. Elmo Brewing plans on opening at noon on the weekdays. Soursop, the food truck, will offer a variety of lunch specials. One special already on the menu is the Hot Gai Thai-style Hot Chicken Sandwich. Usually $8.50, it is on special offer on Fridays for just $6. The brewery also plans on offering beer specials to the lunch-time crowd, such as Carl Kolsch, one of the brewery's signature creations.
St. Elmo Brewing used Instagram Stories to make the announcement that it was expanding its hours. In its story, it explained its decision to open up early on the weekdays by quipping:
"Because sometimes you need a Hot Gai and a cold Carl at noon on a Wednesday."
St. Elmo's Brewing also plans on introducing some new beers this month, including one in honor of R&B singer Beyoncé and another in celebration of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.
Restaurants planning on expanding their hours or on offering new menu options can use flyer printing to spread the word.
