Life Time will present the Austin CapTex Tri this spring. The event is expected to attract thousands of attendees and participants from across the country.
The race will start at Lady Bird Lake as bike riders enjoy the scenic area of downtown Austin and onto the Texas Capitol. Moving onto a run that will take participants through Butler Park and then to the Palmer Events Center, the race will take everyone to the finish line.
A post-race party will be hosted at Vic Mathias Shores. Vendors often work with local Print shops in preparation for large outdoor events. Poster printing will create transportable signage that can be mounted or placed on easels in designated areas or in vendor booths.
The transition part of the event will be divided into two sections. One will be for Sprint and the other for Olympic. Racks will be set up for each age group. Participants are allowed to bring their own water bottles, helmets and goggles. Bikes are to be checked in on Sunday.
Mechanics will be stationed at the ride section of the event to assist with airing tires and any other last-minute issues.
Free hot food, drinks and treats will be offered to the race participants and will be available for purchase for spectators at the finish line. Live bands will present fun entertainment.
The 2021 Austin CapTex Tri will take place May 31.
