Luck Presents will present a performance by songwriter Jason Isbell and his band, The 400 Unit, at the Luck Ranch in March. This event will be supported by American soul artist Danielle Ponder.
Among the most celebrated country and Southern rock artists of the current generation, Isbell is renowned both for his solo work and as a member of the bands the 400 Unit and Drive-By Truckers. His musical recording efforts have netted him four Grammy Awards and nine Americana Music awards.
Danielle Ponder was performing for at least a decade with the soul band Black August and toured all over Europe as a solo artist. She has shared the bill with such top stars as St. Paul, The Roots, and John Legend, but was only in 2018 that she decided to quit her career as a public defender and throw herself full time into her music.
Luck Presents is described as a “cultural collective” headquartered in Luck, TX, which is the property of Willie Nelson. It creates events that celebrate American musical roots, both of the past and present.
The performance will take place on Friday, March 18, at 5:30 PM. It will be located at 1100 Bee Creek Road. Promoters for such events may be interested in brochure printing services that can help advertise the event.
