Beloved Austin taco truck in need of new home

The Veracruz All-Natural taco truck first parked on East Cesar Chavez Street in East Austin around 10 years ago.

Now, it's in need of a new home, as the owners of the truck recently got word that they will need to vacate their spot.

Writing in an Instagram post, the owners of the truck said that their hearts were broken when they got the notice that they needed to leave their spot within 30 days.

The taco truck will be relocating to more established and permanent location at some point in the next two months. The new location is still to be determined, but the owners would like it to be on the east side.

Restaurants and other food establishments that are planning on relocating or opening new locations can use flyer printing to get the word out to their patrons.

Over the years, Veracruz All-Natural has been able to grow and has opened a few other food trucks. One is in the Mueller district, another is at Radio Coffee and Beer. There's also a brick-and-mortar store, which opened in 2017 near Burnet Road.

The truck's migas taco is partly responsible for its growth and popularity. One local food writer described it as the best of its kind in Austin.

For the time being, the truck on East Cesar Chavez Street is open from 7 am until 3 pm, seven days a week.
