Alternative rock supergroup The Smile will be performing live in Austin this June.
Comprising Radiohead members Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood, along with Sons of Kemet’s Tom Skinner, this British band is pushing boundaries with its distinct style, which blends different Forms of rock and takes an experimental approach similar to that often displaced by Radiohead. Named after a Ted Hughes poem, the band emerged in 2020 with a raw, DIY sound.
Their concert debut at the Worthy Farm show in 2021 made waves before their debut album had been released. Anticipation for their forthcoming release skyrocketed, hailed as the most eagerly awaited of the year by publications like Pitchfork and DIY. In 2022, the band unveiled their debut song "You Will Never Work in Television Again," receiving praise from sources such as Pitchfork, Consequence, and The Guardian.
Tickets to the show will cost between $53 and $465. They may be purchased through the Eventbrite listing. Poster printing is often a great way for organizers to get the word out about events such as this one, and Posters can be used as merchandise at the event.
The date of the show will be June 25, starting at 8:00 pm, and ending at 11:00 pm. The location will be at ACL Live & 3TEN at 310 Get a Free Quote for Posters Get a Free Quote for Forms
