The success of any organization depends in large part on how effective its leaders are. An upcoming seminar in Franklin will discuss how to create brave leadership.
The Intention Collective & Intentional Schools is the organizer of this event. The organization offers workshops, strategic planning, and leadership to entrepreneurs as they build their businesses. It offers the “Dare to Lead” seminar to organizations that may be derailed by unresolved conflicts or problems.
The seminar is for anyone who is experiencing difficulties including avoiding difficult conversations, spending too much time dealing with problematic behavior, not identifying risks that should be taken and avoiding others, putting band-aids on major problems rather than fixing them, trying to work with a value statement that is unclear, and allowing a desire for perfection to block growth and learning.
At the workshop, attendees will learn how to become daring leaders, and how to bring courage into the company culture. The Collective has identified four observable, measurable skill sets that define courage, and will share these observations at the event. There are 16 separate agenda items, and the four skills are identified in the first lesson: learning to rise, braving trust, living one’s values, and accepting vulnerability. They are subsequently explored in depth.
The leadership conference is set for January 23-25, from 8.30am until 4.30pm each day in Franklin. The exact location will be revealed later. Organizers of events like this can use brochure printing to create course materials.
