Auria Solutions has announced that it will be growing its operations at its plant in Spartanburg with the investment of $12.4 million. The company supplies automotive and fiber-based acoustical systems around the world and is on Austin Way in Spartanburg.
Mike Van Booven, Vice President of Operations at Auria, expressed his pride in being able to expand its business and look to the future of the company in Spartanburg. This expansion will add 103 jobs to the county. Van Booven added that the dedicated and talented workforce in the area will enable the company to deliver the deliver best-in-class automotive products to its customers.
When companies expand to such a great extent, there is often demand for business card printing services for new roles.
Governor Henry McMaster said that the investment to be made by Auria Solutions with this expansion and the creation of 103 jobs will be significant for the economy of the entire region. McMaster expressed his thanks to the company for maintaining their commitment to South Carolina and said that he is looking forward to the continued success of the company.
Auria Solutions was founded in 2017 and its products are designed for reduction of noise in the interior of automotive vehicles. The company has close to 5,000 employees around the world with and 10 commercial, and engineering testing and tooling and 25 manufacturing facilities in 10 countries.
The investment and expansion will take place over the next two years.
