The east side of Spartanburg will be seeing several housing developments, many within school district seven. The school district area is expected to see about 2,250 new homes in the districts over the next few years.
Such developments often look to banner printing posted on their sites to inform the community of their upcoming projects.
One of the projects is Clayton Manor near Clayton Road on Carolina County Club Road. It is expected that its 28 townhouses will be completed by early next year. Another project on Carolina County Club Road is Hawthorne Grove, with 96 single family homes to also be finished by early next year. These projects will be developed by Mark III Properties and will be built by D.R. Horton.
Olivia Springs Townes on Cedar Springs Road will have four buildings with 16 units. This project will be developed by Mark III Properties and will be built by Ryan Homes. When completed, it will have 144 single-family patio homes. Trailside at Drayton Mills on Skylyn Drive will have 132 townhouses. These are also being built by Ryan Homes and are expected to be completed by spring of next year.
Vaughn at Everly will be off Canaan and Carolina Country Club Roads. It will consist of 125 town homes along with 1,089 single-family homes. The first of them will hit the market in late 2022 or early 2023.
