The Spartanburg County Planning Commission has approved the housing plans for six residential developments which will provide 402 homes and apartments for the community.
Local Print shops are often hired to create colorful Flyers with more details about such plans and their features and amenities.
One of the plans will be Lawsons Ridge Apartments in Boiling Springs that will have 228 units. This will be the largest such plan and will be developed by Connelly Development of Lexington, South Carolina.
New Cut Meadows will be in Inman over 41 acres in the Holly Springs Fire District and will have 62 single family homes. Westview Terrace will be in the Westview Fire Department coverage area on Old Reidville Road, east of Oak Grove Road. It will span six acres and offer two- and three-bedrooms units with a community center and playground.
A townhouse development will be at The Townes at North Springs in the Boiling Springs Fire Department coverage area. It will span 5.7 acres and have 28 units in six buildings. This is Phase 3 of the property. Located in the coverage area of the Westview-Fairforest Fire Department, Westview will have 6 buildings with 28 townhouses on an 11-acre site. Reid Park will be in Duncan offering 8 single family homes on a site of 4.5 acres.
All the properties will have public water and sewer except New Cut Meadows which will have septic systems.
