FabLogix, a company that manufactures pipes, is planning to expand in Duncan in Spartanburg County.
The company is investing nearly $9.8 million to build a facility that will span 150,000 square feet on Commerce Court. This new facility will create 150,000 jobs, which is good news for those looking for employment in nearby Spartanburg.
Such jobs and their benefits can be promoted throughout a town and neighboring communities with flyer printing.
The facility will offer fabrication of vessels and pipes, and modular fabrication, among other capabilities while at the same time delivering high throughput capacity. Many industries are served by FabLogix and include life sciences, industrial manufacturing, chemical, and power.
Manning Lynch, chairman of the Spartanburg County Council, expressed his gratitude that the company selected Spartanburg as the headquarters for the operations across the country and the county is looking forward to their becoming part of the county’s corporate family.
Jason Jones, president of FabLogix, expressed his pride on behalf of the company to invest in the county. He added that his company keeps its promises and will create 150 jobs that are high paying and will offer long-term opportunities for people in the region. He said that this commitment reflects the growth of the company as well as its dedication to building a more prosperous and stronger South Carolina.
