The Clayton Construction Company of Spartanburg and the Trueline Greenville entertainment venue have broken ground on a new development in Greenville, which hopes to attract music lovers in Spartanburg and the surrounding communities.
Trueline Greenville will be an event and music amphitheater that will hold 1,700 people and be on E. Rhett Street. This was once the location of D&B Glass. It will be an incubator for local artists and expects to draw hip-hop, pop, and country artists to town.
The venue will have four entertainment spaces and will enable visitors to gather and eat when there are no shows or concerts. Each of the four entertainment spaces will have its own style and different functions. Throughout the venue will be over 40 places for the purchase of food and beverages. There will be an upscale cocktail lounge with muffins and coffee during the daytime and pizzas and other such items at night as well as an indoor/outdoor patio space.
Such upcoming venues can look to flyer printing to provide more details on their entertainment spaces and other amenities to attract both visitors and performers.
CEO of Trueline Brands, Michael Grozier, expressed his excitement in the speed of the project and added that it seems that the timeline for company will stick. He expressed his thanks to everyone who invested in the project.
The project is expected to be completed in early 2025.
