Anderson’s Wendell’s venue is hosting a performance by rising country music star Lily Rose this September.
Having released her first full-length LP, I Know What I Want, one year ago, Lily Rose has defined this new chapter in her career by remixing elements of hip-hop, pop and country in unexpected ways.
Distinguished by her ballad-carrying vocals, storytelling songwriting and high-energy performances, Lily Rose has a loyal and growing fanbase, part of why outlets like MusicRow and CMT named her as the next big artist to watch.
She found mainstream success back in 2020 with a song that went viral, “Villain,” leading to a record deal, TV performances and a nomination from ACM for Best New Female Artist and a GLAAD Award for Outstanding Breakthrough Artist.
She has since toured with other legends of country music, including Shania Twain, Sam Hunt and Luke Bryan.
Lily Rose’s current tour, which lasts through December, includes stops in other cities in South Carolina, North Carolina, her home state of Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Florida.
