The BusinessWomen First Awards and leadership reception are taking place this March in Pittsburgh. The awards are a presentation of the Pittsburgh Business Times.
The evening will start off with a cocktail reception at which attendees can mingle with past winners of the awards and those who are nominated for this year, so no doubt plenty of digital Business Cards will be exchanged. The reception will be followed by a sit-down dinner (those with special dietary needs are asked to make them known in advance of attending) and the awards presentation.
This year, 25 women will be given awards for their examples of leadership and their contributions to both their industry and to the community. Business card printing companies in Pittsburgh will likely find a slight increase in orders leading up to this event.
The BusinessWomen First Awards are being held at the Omni William Penn Hotel on March 12. The leadership reception will take place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and the awards gala will follow from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Tickets are $130 and tables of 10 are available. For those who just wish to attend the reception, tickets are $55 or $145 for the awards gala only.
