A Pittsburgh event space has issued a VIP invitation to the local corporate and not-for-profit communities, offering them an opportunity to get the inside scoop on how it can meet their needs.
The National Aviary’s Garden Room will be the location for a gathering that will showcase what makes the location suitable for many types of events. It will provide a taste of what it has to offer, and there will be some special guests on hand to meet.
The attendees will find out about the Garden Room and the types and sizes of functions it can accommodate. The space is Gold LEED Certified, and there will be event planning professionals on hand to discuss its benefits and answer questions. Some of the venue’s birds will be in attendance for the crowd to meet, and the food for the occasion will be supplied by Atria’s Specialty Catering. The final date to RSVP is April 14th, and only those who do so will be permitted to attend.
An open house activity gives a venue an opportunity to showcase itself to potential users, demonstrating the perks it has on offer. A brochure printing company can prepare information packets to hand out, which may include informational materials along with promotional Pens.
The National Aviary will be offering its Event Open House evening on Tuesday, April 21. Anyone wishing to register may do this through its website.
