The Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium offers special events all year round, and one scheduled for late March and early April will have the whole town hopping.
Local families are invited to "hit the bunny trail" and head to the Zoo for its annual Bunny Brunch. There are six sittings planned, and they are all set for a Saturday or Sunday. While both members and non-members are welcome, only those with a membership will be able to access the special discount.
Parents or guardians who reserve a ticket for themselves and their child can hop on in for some crafting during a make-and-take session, and there will be some ambassador animals on hand for them to meet. The brunch will be served buffet style, and the kids can meet and pose for photos with the Easter Bunny himself, as he will be stopping by. If the weather is suitable, there will be egg hunts, and admission to the zoo is also included.
Spring is a popular time of the year for community events, and a banner printing company can help to add a special touch by preparing reusable custom décor, which can be a budget-friendly option.
Pittsburgh families will be hopping on in for these Easter brunches on dates from March 21 to April 4. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
