Pittsburgh venue offers elevated dining experiences

Pittsburgh Botanic Garden brings a touch of nature to the city, and this autumn, one of its activities will offer a dining experience with a difference.

The venue’s Autumn Dinner Series will welcome diners at its Canopy Cafe, and it will be filled with bites prepared by the venue’s chef. It has a session scheduled in November that will include a multi-course menu, which may need to be adapted based upon ingredient availability.

The meal, which is for adults only, will open with grilled beef satay prepared using flank steak, cilantro and other fresh ingredients, and this will be followed by a Kabocha squash curry. Chai cake will serve as dessert. A cash bar serving wine, cocktails and beer will be on hand. Diners are advised that no substitutions are available and they should give 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel.

When preparing for a special event, planners often turn to local printing services to help them take care of the housekeeping. They will be pleased to provide everything from Letterheads to personalized VIP invites.

The November installment of the Autumn Dinner Series will bring Pittsburgh foodies together on October 30, with another session planned for November 21, both of them taking place from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Tickets for both meals are available on the Gardens website, priced $80 per guest.
