The organizers of the Best Vegan Soup in the ‘Burgh celebration will be on the hunt for the city's best vegan soup, and the public is welcome to join in the fun. Tickets may be purchased in advance, and Helltown Brewing is set to be the location for the friendly competition
Local chefs and eateries alike will be putting their top vegan soup recipes to the test, and each ticket holder can enjoy as many samples as they wish. They will also receive a ballot so they can cast their vote for their top pick, and vegan snacks along with a cash bar will be available as well. Everyone can mix and mingle while they take in the music and try their luck in a trivia contest, and there will be other fun in the mix as well.
Cookery contests give culinary artists a chance to show off their skills. Organizers will be able to order award certificates and the prizes from Stationery printers to present to the winners of a competition
The fifth annual Best Vegan Soup in the 'Burgh is scheduled to show how tasty cruelty free can be on February 1st. Its doors will open at 11:00 am, and it is being planned by Humane Action Pennsylvania.
