Pittsburgh festival to feature sustainably made ciders

Small-batch beverages will be featured during a special Pittsburgh dining experience celebrating the growing craze for craft cider.

For 17 years, cider has been produced in the city using sustainable methods, and these special brews will be strutting their stuff during the “A Few Bad Apples Ciderfest.” It will benefit projects undertaken by Allegheny Cleanways, and it was noted that if the function has to be cancelled, the ticket holders can choose from a refund or to have the funds donated to the group.

Three different bands will be taking to the stage during the function, and food will be available by anyone who needs a bite to eat. A variety of Promotional Products such as stickers and Mugs that have been printed with the festival’s Logo Design will be on offer as well. Everyone can sample as many of the ciders as they wish, and tickets for the evening start at $30 each.

The organizers of the festivities explained that in previous years, it has consistently been a sell-out. Anyone who would like to make sure they are a part of the occasion may want to purchase their passes as soon as they can.

The celebration will be greeting the arrival of fall in Pittsburgh on October 2. It will be welcoming attendees at 1958 Varley Street.
