Pittsburgh feline fans who have been looking for a way to help cats in need are invited to be part of an afternoon that will offer these furry friends a paw up.
Next month’s Cocktail, Cats and Crafts charity fundraising event will raise money that will be passed along to local companion animal rescue and advocacy groups. It will run for four hours at Velum Fermentation, which is at 2120 Jane Street in Pittsburgh.
Guests at the celebration will be able to drop off a monetary donation to the bucket set up at the bar, or they can purchase a You’ve Got to be Kitten Me beer. A portion of these proceeds will also be donated to the charities of choice. There will be cat-themed vendors on hand, and everyone can have their faces painted by the volunteers, who will be practising their craft using vegan paints. Games and kitty-themed music will round out the festivities.
This function, which is being produced by Pittsburgh Vegan Expo, promises to be a whole lot of fun for all its guests. Banner printing services for almost any style of occasion can be found at local printers.
Cocktails, Cats and Crafts will be giving felines in need some love and support on Sunday, August 13. The event will get started at 3:00 pm.
