Pittsburgh vegans, and those who just love good food and beer, may find an upcoming celebration has plenty of reasons to appeal to them.
The planners of the Vegan Beer and Dessert Gala have extended an invitation to area foodies to be part of this occasion, which will be taking place at the Velum Fermentation. It is being held thanks to the hard work of Kimmy Addison on the Pittsburgh Vega Expo team.
The event will see ticketholders sampling an assortment of beers paired with desserts and other light bites, and the suggested dress for the festivities is semi-formal to formal. The pairings will have been selected in advance, and there will be a curated selection of vendors on site as well. Its listing explained that it may be a good opportunity for couples planning a wedding or other event to see what local bakeries can do. Fundraisers and other functions that serve food give area chefs and bakers an opportunity to showcase their talents to potential clients. Business card printing services for companies of almost any size will be on offer at a Print shop.
