November conference planned to give power to women

The Women's Health Conversation event is taking place this November in Pittsburgh. This event is expected to entertain, empower, and educate women about health and lifestyle.

Topics include breast health, heart, diabetes, and health panels. Lifestyle classes include ones on mobility and reinventing oneself. There will be speeches by the likes of Dr. Vonda Wright and a keynote address from Pittsburgh mayor, Bill Peduto. The winners of the WHC Honorary ‘Doctor’ Award & WHC Body, Brains and Bliss Award will also be announced.

In addition, there is also set to be a roundtable of health experts, a book signing, a luncheon, awards and plenty of networking opportunities. A marketplace will present products for sale that will be of interest to women, or from women-owned businesses, and several pavilions will be set up to provide information on themes like nutrition, entrepreneurship, bullying, and women's organizations.

Women from all over the Pittsburgh area will likely be interested in attending this event. Local printing companies may be helping to advertise it by providing organizers with Posters and Flyers to be distributed throughout the city.

It will take place at the Westin Convention Center on November 6 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Attendance fees are $140 per person, with corporate tables of 10 also available. To find out more about this event, call 412-405-8117.
