Annual pet show returns to Pittsburgh

The 5th annual Steel City Pet Expo is returning to Pittsburgh next month for two days.

This is one of the biggest pet shows in the country and will feature plenty of activities for all pet lovers.

There will be vendors on hand to sell a variety of pet-related items such as toys, clothing, and travel accessories. There will be entertainment such as lure chasing demonstrations and agility tests, seminars on all topics of pet ownership and a costume contest. Several rescue groups will be providing information about their services and PetFinder.com will be holding a mega-adoption event.

Current pet owners can get free nail trims for their pets and they can also get free vaccinations, microchipping, and heartworm and flea prevention treatments.

Several authors will be giving readings and signing their Books and many of the vendors will be having prize giveaways. Food will also be available for purchase during both days.

This Pittsburgh show will no doubt attract lots of visitors and their pets. To make sure as many people know about it as possible, local printing companies may be asked to provide marketing materials such as Flyers.

The Steel City Pet Expo will be held at the Monroeville Convention Center from June 25 to 26. Admission is free of charge. To get more information about this event, call 412-373-7300.
