Upcoming culinary event Gobble Up Portland 2023

Urban Uprising is holding its fifth annual Gobble Up Portland in November.

This premier food show offers craft foods suitable for chefs, restaurateurs and other food professionals as well as the everyday foody. Attendees will discover a wide assortment of new products and ingredients as well as innovative gifts for those who love to cook or eat.

Over 100 local vendors of crafty food and beverages will be on hand, many offering free samples to familiarize attendees with their product. Some vendors may have already established a following and be known to some guests while others will be brand new to virtually all in attendance. In either event ample product will be on hand at many booths for stocking up for the holidays.

Many vendors will have information to provide to potential customers supplied to them by local brochure printing services.

In addition to being able to walk around all day sampling the goodies, attendees will have the opportunity to enter free raffles to win a variety of prizes donated by small local businesses including restaurants.

According to Urban Craft Uprising, the host of the event, something for everyone can be found at Gobble Up Portland 2023 from restaurateurs and chefs to those who just enjoy cooking and eating.

Best of all attendance is free; however, registration is required for this event, which takes place November 11 at 100 SE Alder Street here in Portland.
