Currently the fast-food chain that specializes in chicken operates 14 of its restaurants in Oregon as well as an additional two in Vancouver, Washington. The first two of Oregon’s new Chick-fil-As opened in mid-October, one of which was in Corvallis and the other, a drive-thru only location in Sherwood. The remaining four stores are scheduled to all open by early 2027 and will in addition to the Portland store be located in Cornelius, Tigard and Wood Village.
New chain locations can garner even more attention when their grand openings use banner printing service.
In a recent news release, the area director for Chick-fil-A’s West region, Scott Stover, said:
“Oregon is a place where natural beauty, a pioneering spirit and a strong sense of community come together in a truly special way. We look forward to supporting Guests, Team Members and vibrant communities across the state.”
The new Portland location, for which no address has officially been given yet, will be the first here since the city’s only location, which was in the Lloyd Center, closed in 2003. One clue to the new Portland location could be the restaurant that has been underway since 2023 at a former strip club site at 9950 S.E. Stark Street; however, it is unknown whether this is the Portland Chick-fil-A mentioned in the company’s expansion announcement.
