The biggest hard cider tasting event in the region, Cider Summit Portland, is returning following a two-year COVID-19 induced absence.
This year’s cider celebration will feature more than 40 producers offering over 150 selections, and will be held in the Pearl at Fields Neighborhood Park. Local, regional and international selections of mead, apple spirits and cider cocktails will be available.
The event will feature live music from a variety of Portland blues artists, and food will be on hand for purchase from Dano’s Dogs, as well as other vendors.
General admission tickets can be purchased in advance online for $30, or at the door for $40. They include 12 tasting tickets and a festival tasting glass.
VIP tickets can only be purchased in advance and cost $40. VIP ticket holders can enter an hour early on the first day of the event and receive 16 tasting tickets with their festival tasting glass, likely printed with a Logo Design.
Designated Driver tickets may be obtained at the gate for $5.
The Cider Summit takes place Friday, June 10 from 3:00 to 8:00 pm, and Saturday, June 11 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm, with last pours taking place at 7:45 pm and 4:45 pm respectively. Tickets are good for both days and re-admission is permitted so long as the guest’s wristband is in place and they have their festival tasting glass.
All attendee must be 21 years or over.
