Families can celebrate together during daylight hours, make reZOOlutions at the zoo and aquarium, view an ice carving demonstration and feed the animals at Noon Year’s Eve this year. Kids can ride Bumper Cars on Ice and slide on the Ice Slide. At noon the recycling ball will rise, confetti will fall, “Auld Lang Syne” will be sung and everyone will raise their glasses of apple juice for the traditional New Year’s toast.
Adults can enjoy New Year’s Eve later that night. One option will be the NYE 2019 at the Heights. The evening can begin with a 4-course dinner and proceed on to the 12th floor for the New Year’s Eve Party. DJ A.K. will be emceeing the dance and guests will get appetizers, party favors and midnight bubbles.
With so many events competing for the same evening, flyer printing is in high demand at this time of year.
The New Year’s Eve Dance Party at Fleetwood’s Tap Room, 28 N. ST. Clair Street will have two bands, champagne toast and balloon drop.
Noon Year’s Eve will be December 31st from 11 am until 1 pm at the Toledo Zoo and Aquarium, 2 Hippo Way.
New Year’s Eve Dinner will be at Brim House at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel, 444 N. /summit Street, December 31st starting at 5 pm.
New Year’s Eve Party will be at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel starting at 7 pm.
