Piqua residents and visitors to the city will be treated to a celebration of music, food and cars at the 2024 Rock Piqua Food Truck and Music Festival.
Starting at 1 pm and headlined by Jamie Suttle the musical lineup will also include The Kid, the Tyler Chocran Trio, the Bucket List Players and The Riff Raff with the last act starting at 7 pm. The Rock ‘N Roll Car Show will start at noon. This will be the seventh year for this part of the festival and organizers are expecting over 125 vehicles, primarily cars from across the state along with many trucks and motorcycles.
Those who wish to participate in the car show can pre-register online if they choose or register beginning at 10 am the day of the event. Registration is $5 per vehicle with the first 75 cars receiving free dash plaques. Additionally, there will be people’s choice awards presented.
A variety of custom awards and trophies are available from Print shops.
Lots of food will be available for purchase including loaded nachos, lobster rolls, a variety of fried foods, and homemade ice cream. Among the food trucks taking part in the event are Naughty Lobstah, BV Eatz, BackAlley Eatz, The Brunch Truck, Freda’s Food Truck Trailer, Susie’s Big Dipper and The Rolling Lemon.
Attendance at the Rock Piqua Festival, which takes place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, is free.
