Community pageant celebrates autumn in Piqua
A community pageant has announced a date to bring Piqua residents together to celebrate the most recent harvest and support local businesses.
The Harvest Pageant will bring a day filled with fun to a family-friendly setting in Piqua in a few weeks, celebrating the bounty of the efforts of the community’s farms and farmers. The event will provide several fun activities for visitors to participate in while bringing vendors and small businesses together to display products and services.
Children can participate in stations where balloon characters will be created and faces will be painted with the pageant’s autumn theme. Live music will be provided to guests at the event through local bands and artists, providing the day’s soundtrack for a lively visit. Banner printing is a superb way to promote such events to visitors and passersby while giving visibility to event sponsors.
Parents are encouraged to help their children dress to match the pageant’s theme, though it is not required to attend. Attendees can check in near the event’s stage upon arrival, and free parking will be available. A parent or guardian must accompany all guests under 14 to enter the host venue.
The pageant has been scheduled for Saturday, November 8th, with the doors opening at 10:00 AM. The Piqua Center on East Ash Street will host the celebration. General admission tickets cost $23.18 per guest.
