The city of Piqua is planning a no-holds barred 4th of July celebration this year with first-class entertainment options on the main stage.
Home grown country music duo Reflektion will grace the main stage from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. Piqua born twins Jared and Justin Younce, who released their first single in 2017 titled Young Americans, are well on their way to becoming country music stars. Their second single was released the next year and was all about their hometown. The song accompanied “This Small Town Piqua” a music video. In 2019 the twins released 'Tailgate Talkin’ a six-song album.
Banner printing services help promote an event as well as the entertainment options it will offer.
Later in the evening, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm, the stage will give way to New Frontiers: The Definitive Journey Tribute. The group, which unlike many other tributes, is less into achieving the “look” of Journey and more into capturing the classic Journey sound that was so highly appreciated by its fans. Formed by guitarist Jimi Goare in 2015, the group is dedicated to seeing to it that the legendary band’s music is given the respect it is due.
Among the Journey albums that New Frontiers pulls songs from are the 1977 Evolution and the Trial By Fire which was released in 1996. The band has a reputation for easily covering all vocal parts and delivering an accurate, full-on concert experience.
