Paul Sherry Industrial Park offers businesses unparalleled logistical and transportation benefits in the area. Located in Piqua’s south end, the site, which is strategically located a few minutes from I-75, currently contains buildings that average from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet.
The new facility will include features such as drive-in doors and two dock doors that facilitate loading and unloading efficiency as well as 30-foot-high ceilings that offer adaptable storage options. Outdoor storage will be available as well as leeway for future expansion opportunities.
The project came about via a four-way partnership of JobsOhio, Miami County, Dayton Development Coalition and The City of Piqua. Funding came from the Ohio Site Inventory Program (OSIP) grant per approval from JobsOhio. Monies provided by OSIP are to support site and building development projects that are speculative in nature and have no identified end user.
The facility, which will target food processing, automotive, advanced manufacturing and aerospace companies is expected to be completed by August 2024.
