Commerce and community come together in Piqua Station
The Bellefontaine-based Small Nation, a real estate developer, is to partner with Winans Coffee & Chocolate in a project to be known as The Piqua Station.
Renovations have already started at The Station which is expected to open in early 2025 at 113 E. High Street. The property was previously the location of a AAA Travel office as well as Home Town Reality, operated by Chad and Brandi Lawson. Currently MB Aesthetics is located in the building, and will continue at be a tenant, offering microchanneling, Cryo-Lean 360 and lash extensions.
Winans owner and CEO Wilson Reiser was quoted in the Dayton Daily News saying:
Newly established businesses have a special need for the promotional assistance that a print shop’s graphic design services can provide.
Small Nation has built two other BUILD Cowork + Spaces the first in Bellefontaine and the second in Marysville. The development concept includes a flexible, modern shared office space designed with the intent to foster innovation and collaboration among small businesses, entrepreneurs and freelancers.
Other new tenants for Piqua Station will include Sushi Kazu, Smoothie Life and the new Winans headquarters.
