Those here in West Columbus who love the classic movie "Polar Express" will be flocking to the Palace Theater for The Magical Polar Experience coming a few days before Christmas.
Pajama-clad guests will get their "tickets" punched by stowaways when they arrive, and musicians and a conductor will greet them. After watching the movie on the theater's big screen, the audience will be entertained ballerinas and other dancers, as well as live musical numbers, and a North Pole experience.
There will also be multiple photo opportunities and more surprises. Although photos taken at events this late in the season will probably not have enough time to go to Print shops to become part of this year's Christmas cards or family newsletters, they can be tucked away for next year.
General admission will be $29 and VIP tickets are priced at $39. Each VIP ticket will reserve one seat and will include a visit with Santa.
For an enhanced experience, a $25 Polar Pack can be added. These packs include commemorative cocoa Mugs with "magic" marshmallows, Believe Bell ornaments, train whistles, an engineer's hat, a snow globe kit, Polar Experience bookmarks, Polar Express crayons, coloring Books, and keepsake tickets.
This Magical Polar Experience will take place Saturday, December 21 at the Palace Theatre, 24 W Broad Street, Columbus, beginning at 7:00 pm.
