Grandview Heights will once again get to enjoy the annual spring events, with the Leprechaun Hunt Wednesday through Sunday in mid-March, and the Easter Egg Hunt in early April.
Area parks and businesses have joined forces to present this year’s free Leprechaun Hunt. Children and adults alike will be encouraged to register and meander around town looking for clues the little green elf has left behind.
Each participating business will place a St. Patrick’s Day-themed picture outside their shop. Scavenger hunters will take pictures of them for proof that they were there. Maps handed out at registration will have blue dots for businesses that offer kid-friendly activities, and red dots for those offering something for adults.
Once the maps have been completed, hunters may get their pots of gold by driving through the Grandview Center parking lot during specific times from Wednesday, March 17 to Sunday, March 21.
The Grandview Center parking lot will also be the location for the Drive Through Easter Egg Party from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, and 11:30 am until 1:00 pm on Friday, April 2, and again 10:30 am until noon on Saturday, April 3. Pre-registered children can pick up free Easter goody Bags thanks to Pathways Financial Credit Union and the City of Grandview Heights.
Cities like Grandview Heights often have photos taken during events like these to insert into yearly brochure printing for visitor guides.
