Foodies in and around Grandview Heights will be turning out for Columbus Fiery Foods Festival 2020 presented by CD102.5 and MGN. This second annual two-day event will take place in Downtown Columbus at the end of August.
Over 75 local restaurants, salsa and hot sauce vendors and exhibitors from across the nation will be showcasing their special fiery sauces, bbq, foods, and beverages. Local arts and crafts people will be selling their original works in the Artisan Market. Artisans usually bring Business Cards if anyone would need to get in touch with them at a later date.
Hot pepper, pizza, and wings eating contests, an amateur hot sauce and salsa making competitions, chili cook-off and live entertainment are only some of the activities that will be there. Winners of contests like these love to get pictures of themselves covered in hot sauce holding their trophies. These pictures often go nearby Print shops for duplicates for family and friends.
Proceeds from this event will go to CD 102.5 For the Kids charity.
Tickets are $10 online and $12 at the door. Kids under 12 will be free.
The 2020 Columbus Fiery Foods Festival will take place from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm at Scioto Mile, 233 South Civic Center Drive, at Main Street Bridge in Down Town Columbus Saturday, August 29th and Sunday August 30th.
