Superstar coming to Cincinnati

One of the biggest names in entertainment is on the way to Cincinnati.

Cher is bringing her “Here We Go Again” tour to Cincinnati, the first time she has toured in the past five years. The name of the tour is taken from the hit song by ABBA, whose songs were the basis of two hit films: “Mamma Mia!” and “Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again.” Cher starred in the second film, earning rave reviews.

Often called the “Queen of Pop,” Cher has won or been nominated for dozens of awards. She was nominated for an Academy Award for “Silkwood,” but lost; she won the Oscar four years later for “Moonstruck.” She has won four Billboard Music Awards; three Golden Globes; an Emmy; and a Grammy. She was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2017.

Audiences at the tour stops can anticipate hearing her legendary hits, as well as tunes from “Dancing Queen,” her tribute album to ABBA. Cher is also renowned for her costumes, and audiences will no doubt enjoy seeing her fashions.

A review of her show live says:

“There's no need to turn back time—Cher is forever. The pop diva is arguable as popular today as she ever was, and her current . . . [tour] is a glorious celebration of that fact.”

Cher will appear April 7, at 7.30 pm, at the Heritage Bank Center, on Broadway in Cincinnati. Brochure printing can be used to provide programs for events like this.
