Josh Groban soared into a successful career almost as soon as he began performing. He met David Foster, a music producer, while he was still in school, and Foster asked Groban to join in his work.
With a vocal range from tenor to upper baritone, Groban’s versatility and classical training have allowed him to release albums that have reached either Platinum or Gold status. He was nominated for a Grammy for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance in 2006, and dropped his ninth album, “Harmony,” in 2020. A concert review said:
“Rave reviews from all 5 of us! If you have never heard Josh perform live, you do not know what you are missing!”
Touring with Groban is the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, which was founded by Allan Jaffe, a tuba player, in New Orleans in the 1960s. The band won the National Medal of Arts in 2006 and was honored again in 2013 with the NAACP Image Award for the “Preservation Hall Jazz Band 50th Anniversary Collection.” They released their latest effort, “A Tuba to Cuba,” in 2019.

“I was completely blown away . . . It was like stepping our [sic] of your home in NOLA & running smack into a Brass Band Parade . . .”
The artists will appear at Riverbend Music Center on June 18. When events like this are planned, organizers can consider using brochure printing to create programs.
