Mike Harris, who serves as Patina Solutions' CEO and is the founder of the company, visited Cincinnati late last month to meet with possible clients and take care of other business. Harris also founded the company Jefferson Wells in the 1990s, which was purchased in 2001 by Manpower and had accumulated approximately $130m in billing over only a five-year period. Harris stated:
“This is a great business town with lots of quality people.
“This isn’t our first rodeo. We’ve been through it.”
Harris reports that Patina Solutions employs approximately 5,000 professionals, each of whom possess at least 25 years of experience. He said that he is expecting to add around 500 individuals to the pool of available talent in the Cincinnati area.
