The Sheakley Group will be moving to new office space in Blue Ash in the Cincinnati area.
One of the greater Cincinnati area’s largest consultancy firms, the Sheakley Group provides payroll, risk management, and human resources services for its client companies.
The new space is the Landings II building in Landings Park on Carver Road and will be 25,000 square feet in size. The company plans to spend about $1m to renovate the space. Such moves often require Stationery printers as new Letterheads, Business Cards, and other corporate materials need to be printed.
President of the Sheakley Group, Matt Sheakley, said that the new space will be more central for the company’s employees. He added that it is Class A space, and will be a more modern environment for the business than its current location in Springdale.
An economic development agreement was approved by the City Council of Blue Ash earlier this month, which will give the company a forgivable loan of $200,000 in exchange for the firm moving to the city and creating an annual payroll of $9.6 million that will be taxed locally. Dan Johnson, Economic Development Director, said this move demonstrates that Blue Ash is a place where businesses can grow and thrive.
The Sheakley Group plans to move to the space in November this year.
