Another film to shoot in Cincinnati

Cincinnati is staking its claim as the ‘go-to’ city for Hollywood, with another production set to film in the Queen City.

According to an announcement by Film Cincinnati reported on Fox 19, the next weeks will see the start of shooting on a major film project.

The film is ‘Inconceivable’, and stars Faye Dunaway, Natalie Eva Marie, Nicky Whelan, and Nicholas Cage. The movie is a thriller about Katie (Eva Marie) who moves to the city with her daughter and befriends a couple. Everything seems fine at first, but then Katie's behavior arouses suspicion.

Although the dates for the production have not been announced yet, offices are open, and will provide employment for many locals.

Film Cincinnati's executive director, Kristen Schlotman, said she was delighted to see production company Emmett/Furla/Oasis return to Cincinnati, adding she was sure they would not be gone long. She also noted that many A-list actors are working in the city, and the projects they bring give locals a great many opportunities.

Jonathon Baker is the director of Inconceivable, and the film is expected to have a significant impact on the economy of the region. This is the third film Emmett/Furla/Oasis has filmed in Cincinnati, and the fifth it has set in Ohio, in the past year.
