Country favorites to play Cincinnati

A country-rock band that has been rising through the charts since they began their career is on the way to Cincinnati.

Whiskey Myers is a five-member outfit from Texas who made their debut in 2008 with the full-length “Road of Life.” They started their climb in 2011 when “Firewater” went to number 26, and “Early Morning Snakes” went to number 10 in 2014. As they have gained in success, their live performances have also become more polished, and they are earning a reputation as an outstanding act to hear perform live. In 2013, they released two videos, “Home” and “Virginia,” which were hugely successful and won them even more fans.

Their live performances allow them to display their charm, authenticity, energy, and musicianship. They often honor their Texas roots with songs like “Ballad of a Southern Man” or “Anna Marie,” about a present-day outlaw. They are gaining a reputation for being expert storytellers who love the South, and had the satisfaction of seeing their 2019 album, “Whiskey Myers,” climb all the way to the number one spot on the U.S. Country chart.

A review of Whiskey Myers in concert says:

“They are rising stars and sell out quickly. Can’t wait to see again and will travel even further next time.”

Whiskey Myers will be at Cincinnati’s Taft Theatre on July 29, at 7.30 pm. Poster printing is often used to publicize events such as this.
