The center is owned by Miranda Hoffman, who indicated that she probably spent approximately $20,000 to renovate and equip the center. She also said that a couple of employees will be hired at the start but she hopes to eventually expand the staff at Focus Fitness to include at least 10 trainers.
As new businesses move into the Centerville and surrounding area, they often find it necessary to utilize the printing services provided by local Print companies to help them establish themselves in the area. Flyer printing, poster printing, and banner printing may all be used to announce grand openings or special promotions and advertisements. New businesses also often require Stationery printing and business card printing.
Hoffman said she intends to distinguish Focus Fitness from other exercise and fitness centers in the area by supporting and encouraging members to make overall changes in their lifestyle choices that include fitness and nutritional coaching and information, as well as a home training option. She said that, for some, the familiar space of home provides a better fitness training atmosphere than a standard gym where other people are always present, stating:
“You’re not intimidated by other people, and you’re getting one-on-one attention.”
Standard personal training starting packages are available for $250 at Focus Fitness by Miranda.
