The building into which Dealer’s Choice has moved measures 4,800 square feet and is located at 1333 E. Stroop Road. Tony Bartel, who owns the auto cosmetic repair shop, purchased the building for $175,000. He reported that he has long desired to expand his business out of his other location, which is at 9400 Dayton-Lebanon Pike. His business has operated for approximately 18 years from that location. He said:
“We do minor automotive cosmetic repair — the kind of work that you don’t want to live with but you don’t want to go to a body shop and pay a million bucks for.
“We’re 30 to 50 percent less expensive than a standard collision center.”
As small businesses in and throughout the Centerville area expand or relocate, local printing companies may be used to provide printing services to assist these businesses in establishing themselves in a new area. Business card printing is likely to be needed to reflect changes in address and other contact information. Many businesses may also choose to use flyer printing or banner printing to announce themselves to the community.
Bartel reported that he plans to invest approximately $20,000 in the renovation of the building and is looking to hire a few administrative assistants and body and repair technicians. He hopes to be open at the new location in March.
