Scene75 in Dayton has announced it will be reopening soon, and will introduce a brand new rollercoaster along with a Grand Carousel double decker.
Dayton welcomes visitors from surrounding communities, including Centerville, to join in the fun when it opens its doors again. The public closure for the past few months presented the perfect opportunity to build the Grand Carousel, which is complete with 28 mirrors, 31 animals carved and painted by hand, and 1,182 lightbulbs. Being two stories tall, two separate staircases provide access.
Starting with 40,000 square feet of space, the venue has expanded to approximately 164,000 square feet, which makes it one of the largest entertainment indoor facilities in the nation.
A black light mini-golf course boasting a tropical setting, which includes waterfalls along with The Grand Scene banquet center, is also in the expansion plans.
Scene75 has many existing attractions as well, including laser tag, over 125 arcade games, and indoor go karts.
