Two key figures in realty will host a benefit BBQ event in Smithtown next month to gather industry professionals together in fellowship.
Peter Grosso, also known as Pocket Pete, is the broker and owner of RE/MAX Integrity Leaders in Centereach, while Rhonda Klch is the managing partner and executive director of Equity First Foundation, a non-profit that provides financial literacy programs for various communities in New York. The seasoned agents realize that with rising interest rates and house prices, the real estate market can be a tough nut to crack at the moment, so have organized a BBQ event to provide a space for realty professionals to make new connections and learn from each other.
The event will also serve as a benefit to raise money for the Dream 68 Foundation, a non-profit created by NFL Superbowl Champion Gary Brown to provide services to at-risk and disadvantaged youth. Gary Brown will be present at the BBQ to take pictures with attendees and sign autographs.
Professional events like this with networking and socializing components often provide unique opportunities for attendees to exchange Business Cards with potential new partners.
The BBQ is scheduled for July 11 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. It will take place at RE/MAX Integrity Leaders Realtor on 177 West Main Street, Smithtown. General admission is free, while VIP access is $25.
